Have you ever wanted to know what an artwork feels like?

Visit the current exhibitions at YAM and borrow a free Self-Guided Tactile Tour kit from our front desk, then head to the galleries for a unique experience.

Each kit will enable participants to experience the tactile and sensory qualities of the materials used in selected ceramic and textile artworks.

Self-Guided Tactile Tour kits are available for the current exhibitions: Material World, SIXTY: The Journal of Australian Ceramics 60th Anniversary 1962–2022 and John Tuckwell: A Survey

This free program is available for all ages and abilities including families, individuals, groups, and sensory impaired individuals.
