Animate Pictures with Adobe Animate
Ever wanted to bring pictures to life? In this workshop participants will learn the basics of animation using Adobe Animate.
The workshop explores concepts such as:
- using vector and bitmap graphics
- the Animate drawing and animation tools
- using keyframes, onion skinning and rigging to create animations
- creating the ‘illusion of life’ using squash and stretch, easing, etc
By the end of the workshop, participants will have created a simple animated scene to take home. They will also have built a foundation for further exploration of the exciting world of animation, including animation as a career.
Note that you don’t have to be a talented artist to create terrific animation! You can use images created elsewhere or use the Animate tools to easily create the artwork. The magic comes from how they change over time.
